Refund policy

We want you to love your Simone Styled pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 15 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must include proof of purchase.

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear are not eligible.

How to Start a Return

Enter your order number and email address to begin the process. Once your return request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).

Please note:
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Items sent back without going through the return portal will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from your store credit unless Redo free returns was purchased at checkout.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at simonestyledd@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and not returnable:

  • Sale/markdown items and gift cards

  • Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear

  • Custom or personalized products

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a different size or style is to return the eligible item for store credit, then place a new order using that credit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email with your store credit (typically issued as a digital gift card) that you can use on a future purchase at simone-styled.com.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method except where required by law.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Under EU law, eligible returns during this period are refunded to the original payment method (not store credit).
