📦 Simone Styled Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

SIMONE (Boutique Items):
Processed within 1–2 business days. Once handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking—so you can stalk your package properly.

SS ARCHIVES (Original Designs):
Made-to-order. Processing + production times follow the timeframe listed on the product page (typically 2–5 business days). You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
If we’re feeling generous, free-shipping promos will always be announced via Instagram and email.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.
Please note: carrier delays, weather, or acts of fashion karma are out of our hands.

Local Delivery – Tulsa Only

If you’re in Tulsa, keep an eye out for the Local Delivery option at checkout.
If available, it’s quick, convenient, and dropped off with love.

Preorders & Backordered Items

If your item is a preorder, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

For mixed orders (ex: SIMONE + SS ARCHIVES), items may ship separately depending on origin.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Simone Styled is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” that go missing.
If this happens, we recommend contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier directly.
We’ll help however we can, but we cannot offer refunds for lost packages.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info! If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
